Lead Salesforce Consultant - Apex/LWC

We are looking for a highly skilled Functional Consultant with strong technical expertise along with Techno-Functional experience in Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA solutions. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, experienced in managing teams, and confident in handling client interactions, business discussions, and full project lifecycle delivery, including user training and functional solutioning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce development initiatives and manage a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and timely delivery.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery including requirement gathering, solution design (functional + technical), development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Work closely with business stakeholders (PMO, Finance, Resource Managers) to understand requirements, conduct workshops, and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs.

- Work extensively on Certinia PSA, including both functional configuration and technical customization (projects, resource management, time & expense, billing, revenue recognition).

- Configure and optimize PSA features such as project templates, WBS, resource requests, utilization tracking, billing types, and revenue forecasting.

- Utilize and implement Service Estimator for project estimation, resource planning, and financial forecasting.

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients/business usersconduct requirement discussions, solution design sessions, demos, and user training workshops.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

- Mentor team members and support their technical and functional growth and performance.

- Design and support integrations with external systems (ERP, HR systems) and ensure data consistency.

- Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong techno- functional exposure.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC & Aura), Flows, Triggers, and Integrations.

- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Proven experience in 4 to 5 end-to-end Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA implementations.

- Strong understanding of PSA functional processes including project lifecycle, resource management, billing, and revenue recognition.

- Hands-on experience with Service Estimator.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and conducting business user training sessions.

- Strong team handling and leadership experience.

- Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1) or App Builder.

- Knowledge of Certinia PSA modules like Resource Management, Project Billing, and Revenue Management.

- Certinia PSA certifications (preferred).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
