Lead RPA Tester - UiPath

Job Overview :

We are hiring for our client an experienced Lead RPA Tester to drive automation testing excellence across enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in UiPath testing solutions, along with the ability to lead automation initiatives and implement modern, AI-driven testing approaches.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust test automation frameworks using UiPath

- Develop and execute UI and API automation test cases

- Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing approaches, including Autopilot for Testers

- Implement agentic automation techniques such as AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation, and regression optimization

- Collaborate with development, RPA, and business teams to ensure quality delivery

- Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub)

- Mentor and guide junior testers and ensure best practices in test automation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of experience in testing, with strong focus on RPA and automation

- Hands-on expertise in UiPath Test Suite / Test Cloud

- Strong experience in UI and API test automation

- Proven experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks (UiPath preferred)

- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with CI/CD integration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub

- Knowledge of agentic automation and intelligent test orchestration

- UiPath certifications (preferred)

- Experience working in Agile environments
