Role : Lead Python Developer

We are hiring for a Lead Python Developer with strong expertise in backend development, microservices, and cloud-based application architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications

- Build and manage microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

- Develop high-performance backend systems with clean, maintainable code

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and project requirements

- Oversee code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring for development teams

- Work with SQL / NoSQL databases for data modeling and optimization

- Manage application deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

- Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability of applications

- Contribute to cloud-based deployments on AWS / Azure / GCP

- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and ensure timely execution of projects

Key Requirements :

- 7 to 10+ years of experience in Python Development

- Minimum 2+ years in a Lead / Team Management role

- Strong proficiency in Python frameworks

- Solid understanding of Microservices, REST APIs & Asynchronous Programming

- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL / NoSQL databases

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & Cloud platforms

- Strong leadership, communication & decision-making skills
