What Youll Do :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend applications using Python and FastAPI (must-have).

- Oversee a team of developers providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.

- Architect scalable, high-performance solutions with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Manage application deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Apply design patterns, ensure adherence to coding best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency.

What Were Looking For :

- 7 to 10 years of strong experience in Python development, with team leadership or tech lead experience.

- Proven expertise with FastAPI (mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and Git workflows.

- Strong understanding of integration patterns, authentication, multithreading, and testing frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.
