Lead Program Manager - SDLC & Agile

Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale software programs across SDLC

- Drive Agile transformation and delivery excellence across distributed teams

- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and vendors

- Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and timely delivery

- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution

- Handle stakeholder communication, reporting, and escalation management

- Manage vendor coordination and ensure cost and timeline adherence

Must Have Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Program / Project Management

- Strong experience across SDLC & Agile methodologies

- Experience managing cross-functional & distributed teams

- Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership

- Ability to contribute to technical discussions (software/product development)

Good to Have :

- Telecom / IoT domain experience (GSM, NB-IoT, etc.)

- PMP / Scrum Master certification
