Responsibilities :


- Own product initiatives end-to-end from defining the problem to driving delivery and measuring success.


- Collaborate deeply with engineering to scope, prioritise, and execute technical projects efficiently.


- Craft crisp product documents, roadmaps, specs, and updates that align teams and enable fast decisions.


- Partner cross-functionally with sales, design, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.


- Balance short-term priorities and long-term strategy, keeping the bar high for quality, clarity, and impact.


- Champion customer needs and translate them into scalable, technically sound solutions.


- Drive data-informed decision making and measure outcomes rigorously to iterate for success.


Requirements :


- 8-12 years of product management experience in a technical or API-driven environment.


- Strong understanding of modern API design, data integration workflows, and system architecture concepts.


- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


- Exceptional writing skills, able to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.


- Demonstrated autonomy and accountability in delivering measurable results.


- Strong analytical mindset paired with creativity in problem-solving.


- High energy, presence, and influence that elevate teams around you.


Bonus :


- B. Tech/ B E -Computer Science or any branch + MBA from a Tier 1 college preferred.


- Experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, HR-tech, or verification/compliance space would be a strong plus (given TartanHQ's product domain).


- Prior experience with low-code platforms, AI agent workflows, workflow automation, or integrations across HRIS/CRM/ERP systems.


- Familiarity with developer-facing products (SDKs/APIs), integration patterns, webhook / event-based architectures.


- Comfortable with data: SQL or basic data-modelling experience helpful (but not required).
