Description :

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Lead Product Designer to drive the end-to-end design vision for our digital products.

The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives, mentor a team of designers, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Leadership & Strategy :

- Define and drive the overall product design vision, strategy, and roadmap

- Lead and mentor a team of product/UX designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables

- Establish and promote design best practices, guidelines, and standards

User Experience & Research :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions

- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

- Advocate for user-centric design across all product initiatives

Product Design Execution :

- Own end-to-end design lifecyclefrom concept to final delivery

- Create high-fidelity UI designs, interaction models, and design specifications

- Ensure consistency across products through design systems and component libraries

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements

- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless design implementation

- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders

Innovation & Improvement :

- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies

- Continuously improve design processes, workflows, and team efficiency

- Drive innovation in product design to enhance user engagement and satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7- 12 years of experience in Product Design / UX / UI Design

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work

- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices

- Experience in building and maintaining design systems

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in designing for web and mobile applications

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

- Experience in SaaS / B2B / consumer products
