We are looking for a Lead Product Designer with a strong focus on visual design to create intuitive, engaging, and high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in UI/UX design, design systems, prototyping, user research, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to lead design initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive, visually engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.

- Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.

- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.

- Create high-quality visual assets, including illustrations, iconography, animations, and micro-interactions.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation to improve user experience.

- Develop interactive prototypes using modern design tools to communicate design concepts and workflows.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Partner with front-end engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

- Lead design reviews, mentor designers, and promote design best practices across the team.

- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and platform-specific design principles.

- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve product experiences.

Required Skills :

- 5-9 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Visual Design.

- Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design and prototyping tools.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.

- Experience building and maintaining enterprise design systems.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web and mobile product design.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design methodologies.

- Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Strong knowledge of information architecture, design patterns, accessibility, and UX psychology.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to mentor designers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with motion design, animation, and micro-interactions.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design handoff and collaboration.

- Experience with design system tokenization and component libraries.

- Experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing digital products.
