Position : Lead Product Designer (B2C and Design Education)

Overall Experience : 6 - 8 years

Location : Pune

Working Days : 6 Days from Office (alternate Saturdays Working)

Notice Period : 30 Days (Maximum)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end Product Design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.

- Translate customer needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams to deliver customer-centric experiences.

- Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive research to identify pain points and opportunities.

- Design intuitive and scalable UX/UI experiences that improve engagement, adoption, and conversion.

- Apply strong product and design thinking to solve complex business problems.

- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns.

- Validate designs through prototyping, usability testing, and product data.

- Iterate based on analytics and stakeholder feedback.

- Present design decisions to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements :

- Strong Product Designer from a top college profile.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a focus on B2C products.

- Must have a strong portfolio of high-traffic B2C work.

- Must have a Design Education (BDes, MDes) from a Tier 1 college (NIT, NIFT, IIT). Tier 2 colleges will be given 2nd priority.

- Final round will be a face-to-face interview for Pune/Mumbai based candidates.
