Lead Product Designer

Description :

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer - Design Systems to define and scale the visual language, UI consistency, and design systems across our products.

This role is for someone who is passionate about design craft, pixel perfection, and building scalable systems that power consistent, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Do :

Design Systems Ownership :

- Lead the creation and evolution of a scalable design system

- Define and standardize typography, color, spacing, iconography, and motion principles

- Build and maintain component libraries, design tokens, and theming systems

- Ensure consistency and scalability across platforms (web, mobile, etc.)

Brand Product Integration :

- Translate brand guidelines into usable UI systems

- Maintain alignment between product, marketing, and brand experiences

- Ensure support for accessibility, localization, and scalability

Design Craft Excellence :

- Set the benchmark for visual quality, polish, and attention to detail

- Conduct design reviews and mentor designers on craft and systems thinking

- Push teams toward high-quality, production-ready UI

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with UX designers to align visual design with interaction flows

- Work closely with engineering teams for accurate implementation

- Contribute to design ops, documentation, and governance models

What We're Looking For :

- 6+ years of experience in Product / UI / Visual Design

- Strong hands-on experience in building and scaling design systems

- Deep expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy

- Experience ensuring pixel-perfect execution across platforms

- Strong proficiency in Figma, design systems, and component-based workflows

- Proven ability to maintain visual consistency across product and brand

- Strong collaboration skills with design, product, and engineering teams

Must Have :

- Experience working on large-scale products / platforms

- Strong portfolio showcasing :

1. Design systems

2. UI case studies

3. Brand-to-product translation

Preferred :

- Formal education in Design (degree/diploma)

- Experience in design-mature organizations / global products
