Lead Product Designer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer (Growth) who combines strong UX thinking, visual design excellence, and data-driven experimentation to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization across a large-scale B2C platform.

You will own critical user journeys and design experiences impacting millions of users.

What Youll Do :

- Drive growth-focused design across acquisition, activation, retention & revenue funnels

- Design and optimize onboarding, engagement, and conversion experiences

- Create and run experiment-driven designs (A/B tests, landing pages, feature iterations)

- Improve signup flows, subscription journeys, and re-engagement touchpoints

- Translate user behavior data and insights into scalable design solutions

- Build reusable design systems and scalable growth frameworks

- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams

- Continuously improve product experience using data and user feedback

- Mentor and guide designers while promoting experimentation culture

Must Have :

- 6 to 10 years of Product Design experience (UI + UX)

- Minimum 3+ years in B2C product companies

- Experience designing for large-scale consumer products

- Strong portfolio with minimum 2 detailed product case studies

- Hands-on expertise in Figma and modern AI-assisted design workflows

- Experience building or contributing to design systems

- Data-driven mindset with exposure to experimentation & growth metrics

- At least 2 years of team leadership experience

- Stable career history (2+ years per organization)

- Portfolio link mandatory in CV

Good to Have :

- Experience with subscription or marketplace products

- Exposure to CRO, personalization, or recommendation systems

- International product or localization experience

- Education from Tier-1 institutes (IIT / NID / NIFT / BITS etc.)
