Job Description :

We are looking for a Lead Platform Architect with strong experience in enterprise platform architecture, cloud-native technologies, and large-scale technology transformation. The role involves designing secure, scalable, resilient platforms across AWS/GCP, driving architectural standards, and providing technical leadership across engineering and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the architecture of scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise platforms.

- Design cloud-native solutions across AWS and/or GCP, aligned with business, technology, security, and operational requirements.

- Architect and govern containerized platforms using Kubernetes and Docker.

- Design Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.

- Define and drive CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering standards across engineering teams.

- Design microservices-based architectures, API platforms, and enterprise integration solutions.

- Establish architecture standards for scalability, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.

- Drive cloud modernization, platform transformation, and technology rationalization initiatives.

- Work closely with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.

- Define and implement platform governance, security controls, architectural guardrails, and technology standards.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate platforms, tools, and architectural patterns.

- Provide technical leadership for complex architecture decisions, design reviews, and enterprise technology initiatives.

- Identify and address performance, scalability, availability, security, and operational risks.

- Mentor architects and senior engineers and contribute to the development of enterprise architecture practices.

- Communicate architecture decisions, technology roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 11 - 18 years of experience in Platform Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP and enterprise cloud platforms.

- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.

- Strong understanding of microservices, API architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies.

- Experience designing and governing CI/CD and DevOps platforms.

- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, identity, access management, and platform governance.

- Experience designing highly scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise platforms.

- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and platform automation.

- Experience with enterprise integration and API management.

- Strong architectural governance, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Experience driving large-scale cloud modernization or platform transformation initiatives is preferred.
