Lead Java Developer :

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Lead Java Developer to drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Hibernate, and REST/SOAP web services, along with proven experience leading development teams and owning end-to-end technical delivery.

This role requires a strong architectural mindset, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade Java applications.

- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.

- Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Drive best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and security.

- Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable backend systems.

- Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and quality assurance.

- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and multithreaded processes.

- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, QA, and Frontend teams for seamless delivery.

- Ensure CI/CD implementation and DevOps integration.

- Participate in architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical solutions.

Core Java & Architecture :

- Strong expertise in Core Java and J2EE technologies

Deep understanding of :

- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Multithreading & Concurrency

- Exception Handling

- Memory Management

- Design Patterns

- Experience designing scalable and distributed systems.

Frameworks & Backend Technologies :

- Strong hands-on experience in :

- Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Core)

- Microservices architecture

- Dependency Injection

- Hibernate & JPA2

- Experience in at least one framework: Spring / Struts / JSF
