Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as a trusted advisor for Guidewire Managed Services engagements.

- Lead Guidewire integration design, development, and delivery.

- Drive solution strategy across on-prem and Guidewire Cloud environments.

- Support Application Evolution Services (AES/AMS) engagements.

- Lead and mentor integration teams and junior developers.

- Handle client escalations and production stability situations.

- Participate in proposal development and Guidewire roadmap discussions.

- Build scalable integration solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager.

- Work collaboratively with global teams and stakeholders.

- Contribute thought leadership through training, blogs, whitepapers, and best practices.

Preferred Experience :

- AMS/AES delivery experience.

- Guidewire Cloud transformation projects.

- Personal Auto, Homeowners, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, and Commercial Lines experience.

- Leading large Guidewire integration programs and client-facing consulting engagements.

Minimum Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
