Solution Architect / Lead Implementation Consultant - PROS SPOM CPQ

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Lead Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in PROS SPOM CPQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and configuring PROS CPQ solutions, designing quote models, and working directly with clients to deliver scalable, business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement PROS SPOM CPQ solutions.

- Build and maintain Quote Models, including validations and formulas.

- Configure Views, Actions, and data structures for Catalog Imports.

- Configure Agreement Publish and PPSS Publish files.

- Develop and customize DocGen reports.

- Understand and design interface integrations, including inbound and outbound data flows.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Present solution designs and configurations to clients and provide implementation support.

- Ensure successful end-to-end implementation and deployment of PROS CPQ solutions.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with PROS SPOM CPQ.

- Strong expertise in Quote Model configuration, validations, and formulas.

- Experience with Views, Actions, Catalog Import, and DocGen.

- Good understanding of system integrations and interface design.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead implementation activities.
