Role : Lead Implementation Analyst Healthcare SaaS

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Lead Implementation Analyst to join a fast-growing Healthcare SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end healthcare product implementations, EHR/EMR workflows, healthcare integrations, and stakeholder management.

This role requires hands-on ownership of implementation activities from requirement gathering through configuration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support while working closely with clients, internal technical teams, and healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Healthcare SaaS solutions for clients.

- Gather business and functional requirements from healthcare stakeholders.

- Configure and support healthcare workflows aligned with client requirements.

- Coordinate implementation lifecycle activities including :

1. Requirement gathering

2. Solution configuration

3. Integration coordination

4. UAT support

5. Go-live execution

6. Hypercare / post-go-live support

- Work closely with product, integration, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Manage client communication, stakeholder exectations, project updates, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate on healthcare interoperability integrations using HL7, FHIR, and X12 standards.

- Support data mapping, workflow analysis, and process optimization activities.

- Identify implementation risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

- Ensure high client satisfaction and successful adoption of the platform.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Healthcare SaaS implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of EHR / EMR workflows and healthcare operations.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations independently.

- Hands-on exposure to HL7, FHIR, and healthcare integrations.

- Experience handling UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities.

- Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or healthcare technology platforms is preferred.

Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable) :

- Strong ownership of complete implementation lifecycle : Requirement Gathering - Configuration - UAT - Go-Live

- Hands-on experience with HL7 / FHIR integrations

- Experience working with EHR / EMR systems

- Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to healthcare interoperability tools or interface engines.

- Experience with Healthcare IT / Digital Health / Clinical platforms.

- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and workflow standards.

- Prior experience in US Healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
