We are looking for a Lead I Enterprise Solutions with strong expertise in Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Time Tracking modules.

The candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday solutions while working closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth system functionality and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement, and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.

- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

- Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Workday HCM modules.

- Manage business process frameworks, security configuration, and reporting related to Absence and Time Tracking.

- Participate in Workday releases, upgrades, and enhancement activities.

- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system performance across modules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, reporting, and automation initiatives.

- Provide functional expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders and junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 6 years of experience working with Workday HCM.

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking modules.

- Experience in Workday configuration, business process frameworks, and reporting.

- Good understanding of HR processes and workforce management.

- Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in enterprise HRIS environments.

- Exposure to Workday integrations or additional HCM modules will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
