Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Genesys Developer with strong expertise in Java and hands-on experience in building and managing contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Genesys frameworks, IVR systems, and call routing, along with strong backend development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using the Genesys platform

- Configure and manage call routing, IVR flows, and interaction workflows

- Develop and enhance call flow logic and automation processes

- Integrate Genesys with external systems using APIs and middleware

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Java and related frameworks

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in real-time environments

- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of contact center solutions

- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and architecture decisions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Genesys platform

- Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Framework (Routing, IVR, Call Flow Development)

- Proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring, REST APIs

- Experience working with JSON, XML, and web services

- Strong understanding of contact center technologies and architectures

- Experience with databases and data processing systems

- Familiarity with real-time, event-driven systems

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage

- Knowledge of telephony systems and integrations

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience in performance tuning and system optimization

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments

- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ownership

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
