Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy SAP Fiori user stories in Agile environments

- Build and configure SAP Fiori applications for enterprise service users

Lead S/4HANA Service implementations covering :

1. Service Order Management

2. Service Contract Management

3. In-House Repair

4. Field Service Processes

- Design and optimize Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes

- Develop integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

- Integrate SAP with SAP Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Support data migration, solution architecture, and enterprise integration initiatives

- Provide production support and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Expertise :

- SAP Fiori Development & Configuration

- SAP S/4HANA Architecture & Service Processes

- SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

- Service-to-Cash & Order-to-Cash Processes

- API-Based Integrations

- Data Migration, Mapping & Transformation

- Agile / SAP Activate Methodology

- Customer Journey & CX Solutions
