Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, customization, and support of Oracle NetSuite solutions.

- Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Celigo, Boomi, APIs, or other integration platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.

- Manage project planning, execution, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.

- Configure and optimize NetSuite modules to meet business requirements.

- Ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance to project teams.

- Mentor team members and ensure successful project delivery following best practices.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite.

- Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience.

- Strong expertise in:

1. NetSuite ERP

2. NetSuite Integrations

3. Celigo or Boomi

4. REST/SOAP APIs

5. Project Management

- Strong understanding of NetSuite core modules, including:

1. Financial Management

2. Inventory Management

3. Order Management

4. Supply Chain Management

5. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in NetSuite implementation and migration projects.

- PMP, Scrum, or NetSuite certifications are an added advantage.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and ERP transformation projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
