Lead Enterprise Architect - S/4 HANA

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect to drive our digital transformation initiatives in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise and solution architects.

- Oversee SAP S/4HANA brownfield/greenfield implementations.

- Define strategies for AI/ML, IoT, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and RPA.

- Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers.

What we're looking for :

- Overall IT experience of 15-20 years in progressive roles.

- Minimum 2-3 years in a senior Enterprise Architecture role (Lead EA, Principal EA, or Head of EA).

- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Data Lakes, Advanced Analytics, and Machine Learning platforms.

- Proficiency in Automation (RPA, BPMN 2.0) and Industry 4.0 concepts (IoT, Digital Twins).

- Strong knowledge of Integration patterns (APIs, Microservices, ESB).
