Lead Engineer - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement & Advanced to drive SFMC development, integrations, and complex technical initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

- SFMC development expertise

- Strong programming skills

- Mandatory exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud

- Excellent SQL expertise

- Integration experience with external systems and platforms

- Technical ownership of complex implementations

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

- Technical mentoring and leadership capabilities

- Ability to drive complex technical initiatives independently
