Lead Engineer - Business Analysis

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Engineer Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact role ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in business analytics, product strategy, or growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional, data-driven initiatives across growth, product, operations, and marketing.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic decisions using data insights.

- Build and maintain business performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.

- Use Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Python, SQL, and BI tools to derive insights and solve business problems.

- Work closely with design, tech, and leadership to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements :

- Strong business acumen with a data-first mindset.

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Python, and SQL.

- Familiarity with GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI), Google Analytics (GA4), and Amplitude is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- 01 year of experience in analytics, product, or startup roles (internships included).
