About the Role :

We are seeking a Lead Developer Microsoft PowerApps with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Power Platform applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, and Dataverse, along with the ability to lead development efforts and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Microsoft PowerApps.

- Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages.

- Develop data models and business solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead development activities and perform code reviews to ensure quality.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

- Ensure adherence to Microsoft Power Platform best practices and governance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 8 years of software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps.

- Expertise in :

1. Canvas Apps

2. Model-Driven Apps

3. Custom Pages

4. Microsoft Dataverse

- Experience developing enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
