Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to lead end-to-end machine learning and GenAI projects, build scalable data science solutions, and work closely with business and engineering teams to deliver production-ready models that drive business impact.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ML/GenAI projects from problem definition to deployment

- Build scalable machine learning models and data-driven solutions

- Develop POCs using advanced ML/GenAI techniques

- Define model evaluation metrics, monitoring, and performance frameworks

- Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Drive experimentation and optimization using A/B testing

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning

- Strong programming in Python

- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

- Experience with Spark / PySpark and large-scale data processing

- Experience deploying ML models into production

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
