Role Overview :

As the Lead Data Science, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions for our clients. You will lead a team of talented data scientists, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and translate them into impactful data science projects. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making, optimize business processes, and ultimately drive revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems for clients.

- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and optimize model performance.

- Oversee the testing and validation of AI/ML models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using PySpark to process large datasets efficiently.

- Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, and time series analysis.

- Proven ability to design and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and draw actionable insights.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML testing methodologies and best practices.

- Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
