We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Analyst to drive data initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data modelling, profiling, and warehousing, with a strong command of SQL and a solid understanding of supply chain management (SCM). You will be responsible for leading data strategy, ensuring data quality, and generating insights that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust data models to support business processes and reporting needs.

- Perform data profiling and quality analysis to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.

- Develop and manage data warehousing solutions to centralize and optimize data storage and retrieval.

- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SCM, IT, and BI to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

- Translate business requirements into data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical leadership to the data analytics team.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Data Modelling, Data Profiling, and Data Warehousing.

- Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.

- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and related data workflows.
