Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead Conversational AI & GCP Solutions to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI-powered conversational platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Google Clouds AI ecosystem (Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, Google CES) combined with hands-on development experience and leadership capabilities to manage high-impact digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires someone who can bridge architecture, engineering, and delivery leadership, ensuring scalable AI solutions are deployed effectively while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Conversational AI & Cloud Architecture :

- Design and implement enterprise-scale conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, and Google CES.

- Architect scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leveraging services such as Cloud Run and other serverless/cloud-native components.

- Integrate conversational AI systems with enterprise platforms, APIs, and backend services to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Development & Engineering :

- Develop and maintain backend services using Java or Node.js within 3-tier enterprise application architectures.

- Perform data analysis and integration using SQL and related tools to enhance AI-driven insights and automation.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead and mentor an agile team of 8+ engineers across onshore and offshore delivery models.

- Act as a Delivery Lead, ensuring projects are executed within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

- Manage multi-stakeholder engagements, aligning business goals with technical execution.

- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in conversational AI and cloud solution delivery.

Required Experience :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google CES and Vertex AI in designing or implementing enterprise grade solutions.

- Proven experience deploying and integrating Dialogflow CX / Vertex AI conversational AI solutions into production environments.

- Minimum 2 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent hyperscalers (AWS / Azure).

- Strong development background in Java, Python, or Node.js with exposure to enterprise application architecture.

- Hands-on experience in SQL-based data analysis or related tools.
