Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.


The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, supporting investment management systems, and leading system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems supporting investment management operations.

- Partner with business users, technology teams, and vendors to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Provide subject matter expertise on Dimension, IM Actions, Business Objects, and FTS systems.

- Support, enhance, and optimize reporting tools and data workflows.

- Collaborate on system integrations and process improvements across investment platforms.

- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior business analysts and team members.

- Conduct impact analysis, UAT support, and post-implementation reviews.

- Create and maintain high-quality technical and functional documentation.

- Ensure systems comply with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within investment management or financial services.

- Strong hands-on expertise in: Dimension, IM Actions, Business Objects, FTS

- Solid understanding of investment management operations, workflows, and reporting tools.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and documentation standards.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.

Preferred Skills :

- Working knowledge of the Aladdin platform.

- Experience in asset management, wealth management, or related financial services domains.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
