Role : Lead Business Analyst(Operations)

We are hiring a Lead Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making for lending and operations teams. The role involves analyzing large datasets, tracking KPIs, building dashboards, identifying business trends, evaluating experiments, and providing actionable insights to leadership teams.

The candidate will also mentor junior analysts and help improve operational efficiency through analytics.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong SQL expertise (advanced queries, joins, aggregations, data analysis)

- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau / Power BI / QlikView

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

- Good understanding of statistics, KPI tracking, and experimentation

- Experience in Business Analytics / Product Analytics / Operations Analytics

- Ability to convert data into business insights & leadership reports

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in Fintech / Lending / MSME domain

- Knowledge of Python / R / Spark / SAS / SPSS

- Experience with statistical modeling & causal analysis
