About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced OpenText xECM Architect to lead end-to-end implementation and migration programs, ensuring scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end OpenText xECM implementation, integration, upgrade, and migration programs.

- Define solution architecture, technical design, integration approach, and implementation standards.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable OpenText xECM solutions.

- Lead migration strategy, data/content migration, validation, testing, and deployment.

- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and technical escalations.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, and infrastructure teams.

- Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications and supporting systems.

- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to architecture, security, performance, and development standards.

- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive knowledge sharing.

Required Skills :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in OpenText / Enterprise Content Management solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText xECM implementation and migration.

- Strong understanding of xECM architecture, content management, integrations, workflows, and technical design.

- Experience leading large-scale implementation or migration programs.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, security, and application architecture.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
