Lead Analyst - Workday Talent Acquisition

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale HR transformation program. This position will act as the functional lead for Workday Recruiting, driving the design, configuration, and optimization of hiring processes.

You will collaborate closely with HR and Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant recruiting solutions aligned with global HR standards

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the functional lead for Workday Talent Acquisition (Recruiting)

- Partner with HR and TA stakeholders to design and enhance end-to-end recruiting workflows

- Configure and optimize Workday modules, including :

a. Job requisition management

b. Candidate lifecycle and pipeline management

c. Interview scheduling and selection workflows

d. Offer creation, approvals, and hiring processes

d. Onboarding handoffs and process integration

- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions

- Ensure alignment with global HR processes, compliance, and governance standards

- Collaborate with technical teams and system integrators to validate configurations

- Support all testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT

- Mentor and guide junior analysts supporting Workday TA functionality

- Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience

Required Qualifications :

- Workday Recruiting (Recruit) Certification Mandatory

- 6 to 10+ years of experience in Workday Talent Acquisition / Recruiting

- Strong knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle and TA operations

- Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting modules

- Experience working in large, enterprise-level Workday environments

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
