Launch - Pega Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer with 5-9 years of experience in BPM/CRM/ITSM domains to design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop applications on the Pega platform using best practices

- Participate in full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

- Build and manage case management workflows and business rules

- Develop and consume integrations using JSON/XML-based services

- Configure reports and dashboards across multiple data objects

- Ensure application security (authentication & authorization)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery

Mandatory Requirements :

- 5-9 years of experience in :

i. BPM / CRM / ITSM domains

- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Platform

- Certification requirement :

i. PCSAv8 within 6 months

ii. PCSSAv8 within 18 months

- Experience with :

i. JSON / XML integrations

ii. RDBMS basics (SQL queries)

- Understanding of :

i. Security concepts (AuthN/AuthZ)

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to :

i. Amazon EC2

ii. Amazon S3

- Frontend knowledge :

i. HTML / CSS / JavaScript / React

- Basic knowledge of :

i. Java

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication skills

- Problem-solving mindset

- Ability to work in agile teams
