Latentbridge is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, AI/ML, NLP, and experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Python applications, ensuring compatibility with Python 3.10 and above.

- Utilize AI/ML techniques to build and deploy models, with a focus on Open-Source models available on platforms like Hugging Face.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and model training is preferred.

- Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS or Azure, including storage, computing, and deployment of AI/ML models.

- Optimize search strategies using Vector Databases and implement Search Optimization techniques.

- Utilize NLP libraries such as NLTK and Spacy to develop and deploy natural language processing applications.

- Familiarity with LangChain, LLamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or Dspy is a plus.

- Experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and management, is preferred.

- Work with Data Engineering tools to preprocess, clean, and analyze data for model training and deployment.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5- 7 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, NLP, and Python development.

- Proficiency in Python 3.10 and above.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques.

- Hands-on experience with NLP libraries like NLTK and Spacy.

- Familiarity with Vector Databases and Search Optimization strategies.

- Experience with MLOps practices is preferred.

- Exposure to Data Engineering tools is a plus.
