Description :

We are looking for an experienced Windows & AD Support Engineer (L3) to lead critical support, automation, and hybrid identity initiatives in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle critical and high-severity incidents

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes

- Lead automation initiatives using PowerShell and Ansible

- Perform performance tuning and capacity planning

- Design, execute, and support Disaster Recovery (DR) drills

- Troubleshoot SSO issues using ADFS and Azure AD

- Manage Azure AD integrations and hybrid identity solutions

- Review and approve changes and architectural improvements

- Mentor and guide L1 and L2 engineers

Required Skills :

- Expert-level experience in Windows Server administration

- Deep expertise in Active Directory architecture and troubleshooting

- Strong knowledge of ADFS, Azure AD, and hybrid identity

- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and automation tools

- Experience with enterprise monitoring and management tools

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
