Description :
The role focuses on resolving complex deployment failures, policy conflicts, update issues, identity/authentication problems, and endpoint performance incidents.
L3 collaborates with security, infrastructure, and identity teams, supports change and release processes, ensures stability of endpoint services, and guides L1/L2 teams. This role does not perform deployments but must have strong expertise to support and troubleshoot them.
Mandatory Skills :
- Expertise in Windows OS, endpoint performance analysis, event logs, and crash diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, SSO, Hybrid Join, Conditional Access.
- Advanced troubleshooting of network, VPN, DNS, certificate and authentication issues.
- Experience with security & compliance tools : Defender/EDR, BitLocker, WDAC/AppLocker.
- Skilled in performance monitoring using tools like SolarWinds, Intune Analytics, Log Analytics, KQL.
- Knowledge of Saviynt for identity/access-related escalations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes - Change Management & Release Management.
- Ability to perform RCA, resolve high-impact incidents, and support escalations from L1/L2.
- Experience with asset/inventory tools such as Snow.
- Knowledge of change management and release management processes for enterprise environments.
