SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant - L3

Location: Dubai, UAE / Dammam, KSA

Work Mode: Onsite

Job Summary:

The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring and supporting SAP FSM solutions covering field service operations, preventive/corrective maintenance, work order management, planning & dispatching and mobile workforce execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, SAP CS/EAM, SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements for field service and maintenance operations.

- Configure, implement and support SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

- Design and configure service workflows, planning & dispatching, Smartforms and mobile field service processes.

- Integrate SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, SAP CS/EAM and other SAP applications.

- Configure and support:

1. Service Call Management

2. Planning & Dispatching

3. Mobile Field Service

4. Smartforms

5. Activity Management

6. Time & Expense Management

- Support work order management, equipment management, preventive maintenance, warranties, service contracts and spare parts management.

- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and fit-gap analysis.

- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution and business validation.

- Conduct end-user training and prepare functional/solution documentation.

- Support data migration, cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare and production support.

- Collaborate with business users, technical teams and project stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles throughout the implementation.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6 to 8 years of SAP consulting experience.

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on SAP FSM experience.

- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP FSM implementation projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management.

- Strong expertise in:

1. SAP FSM

3. Planning & Dispatching

4. Mobile Field Service

5. Smartforms

6. Activity Management

7. Time & Expense Management

- Strong integration experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, SAP CS/EAM.

- Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.

- Strong understanding of field service, maintenance and work order processes.

- Experience with equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, warranties, service contracts and spare parts.

- Strong analytical, communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

- Willingness to work onsite in Dubai, UAE or Dammam.

Preferred :

- Experience in Power Generation, Utilities, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment or Manufacturing.

- SAP CS or SAP S/4HANA Service Certification.

- Experience working on Greenfield S/4HANA implementations.

- Knowledge of Clean Core principles and SAP Best Practices.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
