L3 SAP CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day production support for SAP CRM Sales processes (Opportunities, Activities. Leads, Quotes, Orders).

- Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and user issues within defined SLA's.

- Perform root cause analysis and propose permanent fixes.

- Monitor and ensure data consistency between CRM and ECC.

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments

- Work closely with ABAP team for Enhancements.

- Perform functional testing.

- Work on CRM-ECC integration.

- Monitor and troubleshoot (Queues, BDocs, Delta loads and initial loads).

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation.

- Interact with business users to gather requirements.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer when required.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Sales module.

- Experience in support and enhancement projects.

- Good understanding of :

1. CRM Web UI

2. Business Partner

3. Organizational Management

- Experience with middleware and integration concepts.

- Ability to analyze the functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.
