Role Overview :

As an SAP Basis L3 specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our SAP landscape. Your daily activities will involve troubleshooting complex issues, implementing changes, and optimizing system performance. You will collaborate closely with functional teams, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless SAP services to our internal users and external clients. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency of our business operations and the satisfaction of our customers by ensuring a reliable and responsive SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Resolve complex SAP Basis issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions to business operations.

- Implement and manage SAP system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks to enhance user experience.

- Design and implement SAP security measures, safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

- Collaborate with functional teams and developers, providing technical guidance and support for SAP projects and enhancements.

- Automate routine SAP Basis tasks, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of human error.

- Develop and maintain SAP Basis documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and facilitating efficient troubleshooting.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP Basis administration, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
