About the Opportunity :

NTT is looking for a dynamic and experienced L3 Network Engineer to join our high-performance network operations team in Pune. This is a critical role for someone who has led enterprise-grade network deployments and provided expert-level support for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design, implementation, and support of complex network infrastructure using Cisco ACI (Multi-Pod & Multi-Site) and SDN technologies.

- Provide advanced troubleshooting of underlay and overlay traffic flows.

- Manage and secure Cisco AAA servers, Cisco Next Gen Firewalls, and Palo Alto Firewalls.

- Deploy and support Citrix and F5 Load Balancers in production environments.

- Act as the final escalation point for L2/L3 network incidents; support 24x7 operations on rotation.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and implement standards aligned with BFSI client requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support secure and compliant network designs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience with a strong focus on network engineering

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI

- Expertise in Routing Protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP

- Deep experience with Cisco & Palo Alto Firewalls

- Strong working knowledge of Citrix and F5 Load Balancers

- Prior experience supporting clients in the BFSI sector is mandatory

- Proficient in Cisco AAA, SDx, Cisco IOS & NXOS platforms

- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management frameworks

Preferred Certifications :

- CCNP / CCIE

- PCNSE / CISSP (Added advantage)
