- Support and guide L1 and L2 teams during major incidents
- Ensure high availability and stability of Linux systems
- Design and implement automation solutions for repetitive and operational tasks
- Identify root causes and implement permanent fixes
- Lead Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
- Contribute to process optimization, documentation, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong experience across Linux distributions such as RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE
- Experience in scripting and automation (Shell, Python preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills
Certifications (Preferred) :
- Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA)
