Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot escalated Windows and Active Directory issues
- Manage and maintain DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Perform patching, backups, and restores
- Support server builds, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities
- Coordinate with L3 teams for complex issues and RCA
- Maintain operational documentation and SOPs
Required Skills :
- Hands-on expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs
- Experience with patch management and backup solutions
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
