Hiring : Blue Yonder (BY) WMS Production Support Analyst (L2/L3).

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office).

Shift : Rotational Shifts (24x7 Support Environment).

Role Mix : 70% Production Support - 30% Development & Enhancements.

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (BY) WMS Production Support Analyst to support warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Production Support & Incident Management (70%) :

- Provide L2/L3 support for Blue Yonder WMS production environments.

- Monitor WMS jobs, interfaces, integrations, and overall system health.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting warehouse operations, order processing, and shipping workflows.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents.

- Coordinate with infrastructure, integration, and business teams for issue resolution.

- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using Jira/ServiceNow.

2. BY WMS Functional Support :

- Support and troubleshoot functional aspects of the WMS.

3. Integration Monitoring & Troubleshooting :

- Support integrations between BY WMS, OMS, ERP, TMS, and Carrier Systems.

- Troubleshoot API Integrations.

4. Development & Technical Support :

- Analyze and resolve issues using MOCA Queries, SQL Queries, and Application & Integration Logs.

- Perform minor enhancements, configuration changes, and data corrections.

- Assist development teams with debugging, issue replication, and testing.

- Support production deployments and hotfix implementations.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS.

- Hands-on expertise in MOCA and SQL.

- Location Preference : Hyderabad only - Rotational Shift Support Required.
