L2 Hyperconverged Infrastructure Support Engineer - VMware & Nutanix

Description :

- Install and manage vSphere Client and vSphere Web Client

- Handle vCenter licensing and environment configuration

- Perform administration of VMware ESXi and vCenter environments

- Manage virtual machine networking and connectivity

- Create and maintain server pools (UUID, WWPN, WWNN, MAC, server identities)

- Create and manage server service profiles

- Manage KVM access for blade servers

- Support fabric interconnect operations and updates

- Perform routine operational tasks and ensure BMC ticket closure within SLA

- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and escalate to L3 or OEM when required

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience with blade servers and fabric interconnects

- Good understanding of virtual networking concepts

- Exposure to Nutanix AHV is a plus

- Experience working in enterprise virtualized environments

- Ability to work in SLA-driven operations
