Description :
We are looking for a Windows & AD Support Engineer (L1) to provide first-level support for enterprise Windows Server environments.
The role focuses on system monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and handling standard Active Directory requests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor Windows servers and infrastructure in a 247 environment
- Respond to alerts and incidents as per defined SLAs
- Perform basic troubleshooting of Windows Server issues
- Handle Active Directory user and group management
- Perform password resets and access-related requests
- Log, update, and close tickets using ITSM tools
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
- Follow ITIL processes for incident and request management
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2022
- Understanding of Active Directory concepts
- Basic knowledge of DNS and DHCP
- Awareness of ITIL processes
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
