L1 Linux OS Support Engineer

Description :

- Monitor server availability, CPU, memory, disk, and file system utilization

- Track and alert on critical OS-level services

- Perform basic Linux server administration and troubleshooting

- Identify issues and escalate to L2/L3 teams as per support procedures

- Maintain monitoring logs and incident records

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms

- Understanding of server performance metrics (CPU, memory, disk, filesystem)

- Ability to work in shift-based / 24x7 support environments

- Hands-on experience working with Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.

- Experience with SFTP/FTP configuration and file transfer automation
