We are seeking a highly skilled Dayforce Technical with strong technical expertise in Dayforce configuration, integrations, reporting, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Dayforce modules while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

The role requires deep understanding of HCM systems, technical troubleshooting, APIs, integrations, and enterprise application support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and support the Dayforce application based on business requirements.

- Work on Dayforce modules including :

a. Core HR

b. Payroll

c. Workforce Management

d. Time & Attendance

e. Benefits

f. Talent Management

- Develop and maintain integrations between Dayforce and third-party systems.

- Build and support inbound/outbound interfaces using APIs, SFTP, XML, JSON, and web services.

- Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Dayforce reporting tools.

- Perform system configuration, data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

- Support production incidents, service requests, enhancements, and release management activities.

- Participate in Dayforce implementation, migration, testing, and deployment projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and application performance.

- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and user support materials.

- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Dayforce technical support/implementation.

- Strong experience in HRMS/HCM platforms and enterprise application support.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skill
