KrtrimaIQ Cognitive Solutions is an AI/ML-focused organization enabling intelligent enterprises through automation, NLP, computer vision, and advanced data engineering solutions. We are building an Intelligent Document Translation Platform that leverages AI to translate, interpret, and contextualize multilingual documents with high accuracy.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Machine Learning Team Lead with 3-5 years of experience in NLP and Machine Translation to lead the development of our document translation platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable ML solutions, leading a small team of engineers, and delivering production-ready AI models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a small team of ML/NLP engineers.

- Design and implement NLP-based machine translation systems.

- Fine-tune and deploy transformer-based models (LLMs, Seq2Seq models).

- Build document processing pipelines including OCR integration and content extraction (PDF, scanned docs, Word files).

- Improve translation quality using contextual modeling and multilingual embeddings.

- Optimize models for performance (accuracy, BLEU score, latency).

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams for production deployment.

- Ensure model monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.

- Contribute to research and experimentation in multilingual AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Machine Learning/NLP.

- Strong hands-on experience in :

a. Python

b. PyTorch / TensorFlow

c. Hugging Face

d. Transformer architectures

- Experience working with LLMs and multilingual models.

- Understanding of Machine Translation techniques.

- Experience in deploying ML models via APIs.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience in domain-specific translation (Legal, Banking, Healthcare).

- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
