We are hiring a Kronos WFM Technical Consultant to support implementation, customization, and integration of workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure Kronos WFM solutions (Dimensions/Workforce Central).

- Work on integrations, interfaces, and data migration.

- Customize pay rules, accruals, and workforce configurations.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide system enhancements.

- Develop reports using Kronos tools.

- Collaborate with HR and business teams for requirement gathering.

- Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and compliance.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Kronos WFM (Dimensions or Workforce Central).

- Hands-on with Boomi, Dell Boomi, or other middleware tools.

- Experience with APIs, XML, and data integrations.

- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

- Understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processes.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in cloud-based WFM implementations.

- Kronos/UKG certifications preferred.

- Exposure to HRIS integrations
