Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Technical & Development :

- Design and develop Spring Boot Microservices

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs

- Apply microservices design patterns (API Gateway, Service Discovery, Config Server)

- Implement security using JWT / OAuth2

- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability

- Handle production issues and root cause analysis

Microservices & Integration :

- Implement synchronous and asynchronous communication

- Work with Kafka / RabbitMQ for event-driven systems

- Manage inter-service communication and fault tolerance

- Handle database design and data consistency

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor 3- 5 developers

- Perform code reviews and guide best practices

- Assist in task planning, estimation, and delivery

- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams

Required Technical Skills :

Mandatory :

- Java 8+

- Spring Boot (REST, Security, Data JPA)

- Microservices Architecture

- Spring Cloud (Config, Eureka, Gateway, Feign)

- REST APIs, JSON

- Hibernate / JPA

- PostgreSQL / MySQL

- Git, Maven/Gradle

Good to Have :

- Kafka / RabbitMQ

- Redis caching

- Docker & basic Kubernetes knowledge

- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)

- Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Preferred :

- Experience in production microservices systems

- Agile / Scrum experience

- Exposure to monitoring & logging tools
